"Joseph OSBORNE, of the firm of Taylor & Osborne, bankers, attorneys and real estate agents, was born in Lafayette Co., Wis., March 2, 1855. His parents, Robert and Jane (PASCOE) OSBORNE, were natives of England. They emigrated to America in 1848, locating in Wisconsin."
