"Another Murder. On last Thursday at Middleburg, John J. CASSELBERRY was attacked by C. L. ESTELLE, a saloon keeper, who struck him on the left side of the head with a brick causing death in a few hours and in the words of the jury of inquest, the same was done by said ESTELLE feloniously and without cause or provocation on the part of J. J. CASSELBERRY. Mr. CASSELBERRY was a very quiet and inoffensive young man and highly respected by a large circle of friends. It is sad to see a man, full of life and with an interesting family around him, thus ruthlessly murdered. ESTELLE is at large but Sherriff FARLEY aided by determined men are in pursuit and will spare no effort to arrest him. They are on his track and will follow him until caught. This is the earnest wish of the entire community. We tender our profound sympathy to the deeply bereaved family."
