Based on evidence from other census records, it is believed that the Arthur R. Durse in this record is the same individual listed here, but further research is required. If that is the case, Arthur R. Durse is the son of William H. Durse (b. March 1860 in Wisconsin, parents from France, married 13 years, a saloon keeper) and Matilda Durse (maiden surname unknown, b. July 1865 in Norway, parents also from Norway, immigrated 1890). Arthur's siblings are listed as Grace S. and Winfield W. Durse.
