The bride's gown was a summer ensemble of white and pastel shades. She wore a picture hat. Mr. and Mrs. F. PULLEY were the bridal attendants. Luncheon was served, at 1 at the home of the bride's mother. Mr. and Mrs. WILLITZ will travel in northern Canada before returning to Madison about Oct. 1 to make their borne at 2623 Van Hise ave. Mrs. WILLITZ was graduated with the class of 1925 from the Kahler hospital, Rochester, Minn. She has been a surgical nurse and instructor in the Methodist hospital in this city. The groom is a Wisconsin graduate with the class of 1927, and is in the food manufacturing and distribution business."

"Roland A. PIPER, 53, father of a local, attorney and son of a well-known businessman, died Wednesday in a Chicago hospital after a long illness. Mr. PIPER was an auditor for the Automatic Canteen Co., Chicago, at the time of his death. A native of Madison, he was the father of Atty. Worth S. PIPER, 5343 Frosty Lane, and the son of Samuel A. Piper, 31 N. Pinckney St., retired businessman, who with his brothers built the Belmont Hotel and operated a grocery and restaurant business here for many years. He left Madison 18 years ago. He was a graduate of Madison High School and attended Lawrence College. Survivors, besides his son and father, are his wife; and a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn WHITLOCK, New York City. Graveside services are tentatively set for 11 a. m. Saturday at Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Frautschi Funeral Home after 3 p. m. Friday."
