A resident of Hamburg for many years, he maintained an office in Union St., near Buffalo St. Dr. HOWDER is survived by a son, Frank J. HOWDER and a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor WAID. The Rev. Alvin G. ROSS, minister of the First Baptist Church of Hamburg, will conduct funeral services at 1 tomorrow afternoon in the Froehley Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Angola. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery."
