Shortly after their marriage they moved to Leiden, Holland and joined the Pilgrim church. They are not recorded as having had any children together. They took with them aboard the Mayflower Ann's 16 year old nephew Henry SAMPSON and her 1 year old niece Humility COOPER. Her husband became sick after an exploration in Plymouth and died in January.
