Oakville, Texas, Oct. 3. -- Without any previous symptoms of indisposition, Dr. Austin HULL, aged 22 years, of this place, was stricken with partial paralysis. He was conversing with some friends when the attack came on, and was in the best of health. He lapsed into unconsciousness and remained so all night. He has now lost the use of his left side. Dr. HULL came here from Beeville some time ago to practice his profession. His parents and physicians were summoned from Beeville and are now with him."
