He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elwina MILLER HOWDER of Rochester; three sons, Mark C. of Albany, Edward M. of Brockport, and Ray G. HOWDER of Rochester; five daughters, Mrs. Mildred D. RUSH of Rochester, Mrs. Louise RAYBURN of Brockport, Mrs. Irma STARKER of Rochester, Miss Alvina HOWDER of New York City and Mrs. Donald HOYT of Brockport; three brothers, Ira of Lockport, Benjamin F. of Holley and Lot M. HOWDER of Hamburg; one sister, Miss Mary HOWDER of Lockport, and twelve grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in Brockport Monday afternoon with interment in Lockport."
