"SCHEID -- The funeral of Mrs. Susan SCHEID occurred at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, a brief service at the house being followed by a service at the Baptist church, Campbellsport, Rev. P. G. Van ZAND, of Fond du Lac, officiating. Burial took place at Union cemetery. The bearers were five sons, Frank, George, Byron, William and John SCHEID and one grandson, Milo SCHEID. Those in attendance from away were Matt REGNER, West Bend; Val KOENAZ, Mr. and Mrs. Henry BERENZ, Mr. and Mrs. William SCHUCK, Jackson; Mr. and Mrs. KISSENGER, Town Polk; Mr. and Mrs. Matt STANS, Fred STANS, Guy STANS and Jacob STANS, Lake K--; Mr. and Mrs. Peter WEFFENBAUCH, Menomonee Falls; Mrs. S. SCHWAUB, Richfield; Mr. and Mrs. J. ZANN, Germantown; John SMITH, Menomonee Falls; Mrs. Anna SCHEID and son Arthur, Faribault, Minn.; John SCHEID and daughter Lydia, Bay City, Wis.; Mrs. Joseph GABBEL, --ville; Mr. and Mrs. George --, Fond du Lac; Dr. and Mrs. Milo M. The funeral was one of the largest ever witnessed in Campbellsport; friend and neighbors joining in a last tribute to one of the earliest of the village pioneers."
